Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with more than 45 years of experience in woodworking machinery. For the past 15 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry and have developed numerous machines for nailing, automatic wood feeding, and stacking during this time. We manufacture both standard machines and custom solutions – as standalone units or complete production lines, entirely according to customer requirements.

The LNM-355 is a flexible, compact, and highly efficient pneumatic nailing machine for producing blocks for pallet manufacturing. The user-friendly control program allows for extremely fast changeover times; furthermore, settings for over 100 different block variants can be stored. Five pneumatic nailers equipped with jumbo coil magazine systems and nail detection indicators are installed. Blocks consisting of 2–5 sub-blocks per block can be produced. Between 1 and 9 nails can be inserted per nailing pattern. The machine features a large board cassette magazine. A soundproof and safety enclosure ensures quiet and safe operation. Control is performed via a 10" touchscreen with Beckhoff control system. The adjustment of block positions can be done manually or automatically. A large buffer for finished blocks is provided.

Optionally, the machine can be equipped with an optimized block cutter, automatic block infeed, automatic board feeding, and automatic block stacking.
