We are offering you here an immediately available, top thermoforming linear system with automatic tool change, rotary table, powerful lower table with spindle drive, tool change station, maintenance platform, hotmelt extraction, heating enclosure, and many other special functions directly from the manufacturer FRIMO.

The system was most recently used for the production of automotive door panels.
The film itself was coated with hotmelt. The system can also be used for dispersion adhesives (adhesive on the carrier parts).
Very large components are possible, forming area up to 800 x 2,000 mm.
The maximum forming part height is 250 mm.
Very fast cycle times of under 60 seconds are easily possible.

The system was regularly maintained and was in operation up to its dismantling.

Currently, the system is properly stored at our facility in Hungary.
We have locations worldwide and can assist you directly at your site.
