The GÜNTHER GTP 600 MC2 is an advanced, industrial machine that combines the functions of a roller steak tenderizer and a pneumatic meat press in a single processing step. The machine is designed for professional meat processing plants, butcher shops, and production lines for cooked and cured meat products. Combining surface scoring with mechanical pressure significantly increases the active surface area for brine absorption, improves protein release, and ensures excellent binding and consistency of the product after heat treatment.

The unit is factory-equipped for operation in continuous processing lines, including directly after automatic brine injection machines. The scoring rollers and pneumatically controlled pressing roller automatically adjust their clearance to the thickness of the meat piece being processed (pork, beef, or poultry). This ensures a repeatable processing cycle without damaging the fiber structure, which translates into higher slicing efficiency and an aesthetically pleasing appearance of the finished product’s cross-section.
