The furnace is designed for the tempering of colored, ornamental, and screen-printed glass, as well as clear float glass with an emissivity of over 0.04. According to EN 12150:1 – 2000, for 4 mm thick glass, a success rate of at least 95% is guaranteed, and for glass thicker than 5 mm, a success rate of over 97% is guaranteed.

Structurally, the furnace consists of five distinct zones: loading, bending module, heating, cooling, and unloading. When tempering flat glass, the workflow is from left to right: loading – passing through the bending module (which functions as a flat conveyor) – heating – cooling – unloading. When bending glass, the following workflow applies: loading – passing through the bending module – heating – back into the bending module (where the glass is moved transversely along the length of the furnace from left to right while the upper and lower parts of the module gradually conform to the curve to be created) – unloading (in the case of curved glass, unloading also takes place at the entrance).
The inlet conveyor is equipped with a roller table with pneumatic lifting/lowering and auxiliary rollers for loading and unloading from three sides.
The structure of the heating section is a box-type with a double layer coated with thermal insulation material (perfect insulation performance, low energy consumption, and natural cooling of 15 ℃ / h). Inside the heating zone, there is a conveyor system with ceramic rollers resistant to high temperatures, manufactured by Vesuvius (diameter 48 * Ø85mm, spacing 120mm).
The heating elements (resistors) are installed on the upper and lower sides of this zone. The resistors are arranged in a matrix with temperature sensors, automatic heating and pause functions to save energy. The upper section has 25 heating elements, and the lower section also has 25. Each resistor has an independent control loop.

Outlet conveyor
The outlet conveyor is equipped with a roller table with pneumatic lifting/lowering and auxiliary rollers for loading and unloading from three sides.
