Exhibition machine Garbsen, new, complete in standard configuration with:

- Sturdy, torsion-free steel frame, welded and bolted construction
- Upper lamella press beam with 6 elements, side lamella press beam with 5 elements
- Lamella press beams featuring proven tolerance compensation system (System Ganner) for tightly pressed carcass joints
- Counterpressure surfaces (side pressure wall, bottom) are 38 mm thick, coated, continuous support panels
- Continuous pressing surface height of 95 mm on the lower vertical press beam
- Electromotive adjustment of both press beams via precision trapezoidal spindle screws (with increased pitch and concentricity accuracy) and high-performance recirculating nuts with grease reservoir
- Pressing is carried out electromotively, by 2 separate helical geared motors (2 x 0.75 kW)
- The pressing force of the press beams is infinitely electronically adjustable using two potentiometers and regulated via frequency converters; the pressing force control is therefore absolutely wear-free

- Extremely simple operation via 6 separate push buttons, 8 movement processes can be selected via the control system
- Freely adjustable pressing time preselection with automatic opening, 0–30 min (switchable to seconds or hours)

Surcharge for rapid traverse speed per unit for fast positioning of the press beams, controlled via automatic workpiece detection with sensors in the press beams. Pressing speed: 5 / 10 / 25 mm/sec and rapid traverse speed: 50 mm/sec. Sensors can be deactivated for pressing special components.
