- Sturdy, torsion-free steel frame, of welded and bolted construction
- PRESS BEAMS LATERALLY with continuous pressure surface and 25 mm thick, coated bearing plate
- Counter-pressure surfaces (lateral pressure wall, base) are 25 mm thick, coated, continuous bearing plates
- Electric adjustment of the press beam via precision trapezoidal-thread spindles (with increased lead and concentricity accuracy) and high-performance lead nuts with grease reservoir
- Pressing is performed electromechanically using a worm gear motor (0.75 kW)
- The pressing force of the press beam is continuously adjustable electronically by potentiometer and regulated by a frequency inverter, offering absolutely wear-free pressure force control
- Pressing force for the vertical press beam min. 300 daN (kg) to infinitely variable max. 2200 daN (kg)
- Press and adjustment speed of the press beams with fine positioning, via 3-position selector switch 5 / 10 / 25 mm/second
- Extremely simple operation via two separate push buttons; two movement cycles (open/close) selectable via control
- Freely adjustable pressing time pre-selection with automatic opening, 0–30 min. (switchable to seconds or hours)
- Working height/loading height 200 mm
