II. Liquid Discharge Under Pressure System
Unlike standard models with gravity discharge (where the liquid falls freely into a collection tank), your model retains the clarified liquid phase inside a hydro-hermetic tripetal Pump (Paring Disk): The separated liquid flows toward the cylindrical end of the bowl, entering a special chamber where a stationary disk with spiral internal channels (a reverse turbine) is located.
Kinetic-to-Pressure Energy Conversion: The kinetic energy of the rapidly rotating liquid is instantly transformed into hydrostatic pressure when it hits the channels of the stationary disk.
Advantages: The liquid leaves the decanter directly under pressure (without requiring an external transfer pump). This prevents product foaming (highly critical for oils, chemical products, or food-grade applications) and eliminates contact with atmospheric oxygen.
Electrical cabinet with frequency inverters and PLC (Siemens) with an access code for modifying the parameters, including factory documentation.
