Gensch GSA 2200

We are offering this used Gensch GSA 2200 wire mesh welding machine, manufactured in 1989, in good condition.

The mesh welding machine can process wire thicknesses from 3 to 5 mm.
Operating principle:
The longitudinal wires, up to 6 pieces, are drawn from coils that unwind from spools into the welding portal. The transverse bars then fall from the magazine into the welding portal; the spacing of the transverse bars can be adjusted freely. The welding presses close, and the longitudinal and transverse wires are welded together.

After the welding process, the CNC-controlled carriage advances the mesh mat step by step. At the end, the mat is cut, and any wire overhang is trimmed.
Finally, the mat is stacked.

The current working width is 50 cm. The length of the mesh can be freely selected from 20 cm to 200 cm.
