The GS-900 router is intended for processing solid wood and wood-based materials, i.e. chipboard, MDF, etc.

Machining of very short, very long, complex curved edges or other unusual work requires the use of special equipment necessary for safety reasons. This tooling must sufficiently cover the tool and guarantee reliable material guidance to prevent kickback or kicking.

The headstock is tilted sideways manually; the vertical position is determined by the removable pin. In the table, coaxially with the tool, there is a retractable pin D = 10 mm. After extending and installing the bearing, it provides guidance for the template with the workpiece. Clamps that can be purchased at Lignum can be used to attach the item. The tool is mounted directly in the spindle. Combined with reinforced bearings, this allows high feed rates.
