Intended Use:
The machine is used for mixing powdery solids, liquids, and pastes, as well as for incorporating fillers. The viscosity range can range from thin to pasty.

Machine Design:
The laboratory stand dissolver consists essentially of the machine stand, the lifting device, the drive for the mixing tool, the telescopic hood with spring pressure, the collet chuck, and the control cabinet (non-Ex) with control and compact controller.

In the working position, the container (customer-supplied) and the telescopic hood form a closed mixing chamber. A hose connection is provided on the hood, which serves according to the intended use.

The drive of the mixing tool is equipped with a speed control via a frequency inverter. The arrangement, power, and speeds of the motors can be found in the attached project drawing.
The speed of the mixing tool, the mixing time/remaining mixing time, mixing sequences, and other functions can be displayed on the display of the compact controller.

Operation
Switching on and off is done via corresponding buttons in the control cabinet.

Lifting the mixing tool drive
Lifting is carried out by switching on the lifting motor. This runs only as long as the push buttons (two-hand safety circuit UP-UP) are pressed. After releasing the buttons, the arm remains in any desired position.

Lowering the mixing tool drive
To lower the arm, the corresponding buttons (two-hand safety circuit DOWN-DOWN) on the control panel are pressed.

Mixing tool change
The mixing tool shaft is provided with an M8 connection thread. Depending on the requirement, the mixing tool (stirring blade, customer-supplied) can be unscrewed and replaced.

Control panel / display
The machine is operated primarily via the compact PLC controller "Vision 560-T25B". Safety-relevant functions such as disconnection from the mains via the main switch, shutdown in case of danger by pressing the emergency stop button, and the two-hand operation for opening or closing the mixing chamber are excluded.
The control panel consists of an illuminated LCD display and film-covered tactile buttons.
The buttons marked with a letter have fixed functions assigned to them. These can be activated at any time, independently of the menu. As soon as a function has been activated, the corresponding status appears in the upper right area of the screen in the "Operating Display" menu.
The individual menu screens can be switched through using the up and down buttons.
