We offer the GROTE MODEL SS-2 sector slicer, designed for efficient cutting of products into halves or quarters before further slicing. The SS-2 sector slicer cuts products lengthwise into 1/2 or 1/4, preparing them for further slicing into slices, cubes, or shreds. It works perfectly with Grote 613 bulk cutting equipment and slicers/applicators that apply slices directly to pizza bases or trays with high weight accuracy.
