Operating principle

Automatic loading of sachets onto the turntable.
The filling date or use-by date is printed on the pouch (or other information).
Filling station: 1) Suction of air from the sachet (using a vacuum pump) / 2) Filling of product, taking into account the capacity of the sachet / 3) Filling of the sachet with air or gas (nitrogen) if there is a risk of bacteriological problems with the product.
Apply the cap to the sachet and pre-tighten the cap
Final tightening of the cap to the prescribed torque.
Check the position of the cap to see if it is correctly screwed on or if it is loose.
The sachet is unloaded onto a belt conveyor for evacuation from the machine.
