The 72-needle brine injector from Gunther is ideally suited for medium to large-scale production. The individually spring-loaded needles, combined with independent valve control and a symmetrical needle pattern, ensure optimal injection performance. The user-friendly touch-button control panel allows you to store up to 20 programs. This machine is designed for injecting boneless meat. The injection pressure can be continuously adjusted between 1 and 4 bar, and the conveyor speed is infinitely variable. The machine is equipped with an external mobile filtration unit. This brine injector is constructed entirely from stainless steel.
