Hacona SD-420 Industrial Impulse Sealer, orange, with double sealing bars (TWIN SEAL), equipped with 2 timers and a safety cutter.

This sealing unit features a sealing length of 420mm, designed for users who need to quickly and easily make and/or seal bags using an impulse sealer. The SID model is equipped with two parallel 5mm wide sealing wires, one of which can be switched off independently via a switch. The blade cuts between the two seal seams. Both the sealing and cooling times are steplessly adjustable. You can reliably seal Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, and Polyamide. Additionally, laminates such as PE with paper or PE with aluminium foil can be processed effortlessly with the SID model.

On the side of the machine, two knobs electronically control the sealing and cooling times for optimal results, and the sealing wire is kept taut by a tensioning mechanism.
