Coordinate drilling machine / jig boring machine with tool package (see photos) in excellent, exceptional condition, second-hand (owned for 41 years).

The coordinate drilling machine features the rare option of motorized table drive in the X and Y axes, as well as potentiometers. This eliminates the tedious need to manually adjust each coordinate over long distances using hand cranks. Furthermore, it has the rare thermal stabilization and expansion compensation feature. This is achieved with 2 heaters that can and must be switched on separately before starting work to maintain high accuracy and dimensional precision. This explains the factory-specified high positioning accuracy of 0.002 mm with a resolution of 0.001 mm.

What is particularly unique is that the Hauser has two Heidenhain digital displays with a total of 4 glass scales with 1My resolution, also for the quill feed. This is a major advantage for precise drilling and milling at specific depths with Wohlhaupter, spindle tools, etc. With the options mentioned and in this first-class condition, it is very rare and highly unlikely to be available again.
