Heber Trocknungsanlage Outdoor RG 50

We are offering our outdoor drying system, model RG 50, from Heber.

This weather-resistant, container-like drying unit is used for the technical drying of:

Wood chips
Grain
Hay / Straw
Bulk goods in general

The system operates according to the principle of convective warm air drying:

Heat source
Waste heat (e.g., from a CHP unit)
Alternatively, oil/gas heating
Air treatment, fan draws in ambient air, air is heated, drying process
Warm air flows through the material, moisture is absorbed, exhaust air, moist air is discharged

High energy efficiency through waste heat utilization, uniform drying, automated operation. Air flow rate: 55,000 m³/h

Continuous operation (24/7 possible)

Danfoss control system, manual is available.

With 6 possible connections for drying containers.

The system is still connected but is no longer in operation. Dismantling is the responsibility of the buyer!

A telecrane and a low-bed trailer are required for transport!

Inspection is possible by appointment!
