We are offering our CreatBot F1000 industrial FDM 3D printer, which was meticulously utilized for prototyping large-scale engineering parts. This machine has spent its operational life in near-laboratory conditions - housed in a dedicated, dust-free cleanroom with internal air ventilation.

It is in fully operational, working condition and has been heavily upgraded for enhanced print stability, superior surface finishes, and maximum reliability.

This unit features hardware and software optimizations that make it perform significantly better than a stock factory model:

- Upgraded Print Head ($500 Value): Swapped with the newer, more advanced print head from the CreatBot D1000 model for superior extrusion control.
- Upgraded Software: Flashed with the updated CreatBot D1000 software suite for smoother operation and better motion profiling.
- Premium PEI Build Plates ($550+ Value): Includes two (2) custom 1000x1000 mm steel sheets finished with a single-sided golden textured PEI powder coating (replaces the original metal squares). These provide an ultra-smooth first layer and incredible print adhesion.
- Advanced Thermoregulation: Custom canvas insulation panels added to the doors. This ensures an even internal chamber temperature, reduces warping on large prints, and significantly lowers power consumption.
- Low-Friction Filament Rollers: Custom-engineered rollers dramatically reduce filament drag and physical strain, virtually eliminating the risk of filament breakage mid-print.
- Fully Rebuilt Filament Drying Compartment: Completely re-engineered for flawless material storage. Features a separate digital controller, high-precision temperature sensor, the original heating element/fan, and an additional external fan for perfectly even heat distribution. You can easily set and maintain any achievable drying temperature.
- Precision Z-Offset Tool: Comes with a specialized micrometer calibration tool to check and perfectly dial in the Z-axis nozzle distance before launching massive print jobs.

- Materials Printed: Primarily used to print PETG, with a small amount of ABS and PLA.
- Recent Major Maintenance: This machine has been frequently serviced. All X, Y, and Z axis tension belts were replaced very recently and have minimal operating hours on them.
- Testing: The printer is fully operational and can be tested upon request prior to collection.

Logistical arrangements and shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. However, we will happily pack and secure the printer safely for freight transit on our end to ensure it leaves our facility in perfect condition.
