HOBART PVM 302

This is a premium-quality Hobart PVM 302 puree turbine. It is a mobile, versatile turbo mixer for pureeing, mixing, chopping, emulsifying, stirring, etc. It is ideally suited for use with: vegetable, meat, and fish soups, sauces, vegetables (grated), mashed potatoes, yogurt, dressings, fruit and vegetable purees, liquid dough, baked goods, sorbets, and omelets. Its compact dimensions and ease of handling guarantee fast and cost-effective use, even in confined spaces.

The PVM 302 has an integrated safety feature that prevents automatic restart after a power failure or mains disconnection. An electrical safety mechanism ensures that the mixing head can only operate when it is set to a height of more than 300 mm or less than 900 mm.

The puree turbine has been completely refurbished in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The puree turbine operates very quietly. The unit can be inspected and demonstrated in our workshop. Upon request, we can also send you a video of the unit.

Machine design:
Frame and all parts in contact with food made of chrome nickel steel 18/9. The machine is mobile and equipped with 4 large rollers, two of which are swivel and lockable. The machine is tilt-proof thanks to the rear supports.
Machine with high-performance turbine and vertical and horizontal knife set; good chopping and pureeing performance. Turbine with suction protection ring. Power transmission via flexible shaft. The machine has the GS/CE mark.

Motor: Special motor, ball-bearing mounted, with motor protection switch and robust on/off switch, suitable for continuous operation. Turbine with two speeds.
