We are offering our HOLZ-HER ACCURA 1556 Premium edge banding machine, manufactured in 2020, for sale.

The machine has always been treated with great care by its dedicated operator and has been fully maintained by the supplier throughout its entire service life. The machine has always been kept in excellent condition, and there have never been any major incidents or serious machine damage.

Technical improvements and upgrades

Reinforced pre-milling motors: The originally installed pre-milling motors were generally too light. Therefore, approximately two years ago, these were replaced with a heavier and improved type. These motors function excellently and represent a significant technical improvement compared to the original design.

Automatically switchable profile milling cutters (factory option): The machine is equipped as standard with the option to automatically switch between the profile milling cutters with a radius of 1 mm (R1), a radius of 2 mm (R2), and chamfer milling cutters. This allows for easy and quick switching between different edge finishing operations without manual adjustment of the milling heads.

Additional Riepe brush system: Riepe has installed an additional brush system specifically for cleaning and processing edge material with a deep surface texture.

Condition and maintenance

The machine has always been operated carefully, well maintained, and serviced according to the maintenance instructions by the supplier.

Thanks to the consistent maintenance, careful operation, and implemented technical improvements, this is a well-maintained edge banding machine with extensive equipment.

The machine can be viewed and demonstrated in working order by appointment.
