The new HWACHEON D2-5AX was specifically developed to enable companies to make an economical and simultaneously high-performance entry into modern 5-axis machining. As the official anniversary model from HWACHEON, it combines the highest manufacturing quality, modern control technology and maximum flexibility for a wide range of applications.

Whether it's single-part production, toolmaking, prototype construction or automated series production – the D2-5AX impresses with its high precision, reliable processes and compact design, while still offering a generous working area.

With travel distances of 650 x 500 x 500 mm and a powerful rotary table with a diameter of 600 mm, complex HWACHEON D2-5AX 5-axis machining centers can be accommodated.

The HWACHEON D2-5AX is a compact and powerful 5-axis machining center for modern manufacturing requirements. It is a new machine that impresses with its precision, stability and economy.

5-axis machining allows complex workpieces to be manufactured in a single setup. This reduces setup times, improves accuracy and increases productivity sustainably.

The standard equipment includes an automatic BLUM tool measurement ZX Speed and a BLUM workpiece measurement system. This minimizes setup times and ensures a high level of process reliability.
