Opis
The FARS200 robotic system features:
• A dual-level conveyor module for tray feeding and return
• A tray loading unit designed to work with custom 30-row trolleys holding 60 trays (900×500 mm)
• A flexible forming block for two product types:
• Cylindrical sticks: 8–14 mm diameter
• Flat jerky strips: 25–200 mm width
• A vacuum gear filler, made in-house by HyShpriz with a 200-liter hopper
(Compatible also with your existing Handtmann or REX fillers)

Handles up to 250 kg. Enables continuous loading into the hopper without stopping production

• Pneumatic guillotine cutter with integrated cleaning system
• Quick-switch forming heads for stick or strip formats
• Servo-Controlled Dual-Level Conveyor
• 3-meter belt
• Speed-adjustable
• Handles filled and empty trays across two tiers
• Robotic Tray Handling Unit
• Automatically picks, places, and returns trays
• Coordinates with the conveyor’s upper/lower levels
