Offer description

For sale is a comprehensive set of machines and equipment for the production, processing, and converting of foams, including equipment for foaming, granulation, storage, sheeting, processing of cylindrical blocks, and precision cutting.

The offer includes machines from renowned manufacturers, including HYMA, as well as auxiliary and installation equipment. The set allows for the implementation of many stages of the technological process – from foaming and material processing to its treatment and cutting.

Most of the equipment dates from 2021–2022. The offer also includes an unused steam generator and an unused prepolymer tank.

1. Equipment for production and material preparation

1.1 HYMA BFH-15 foaming line (2021)
Three foaming stations:
- two stations for rectangular blocks with dimensions 2080 × 1080 mm and 2080 × 1580 mm,
- one station for cylindrical blocks with a diameter of 1400 mm and a maximum height of 2100 mm.

1.2 HYMA GMK-80 granulator (2021)
Main motor power: 55 kW.

Output: approx. 1000 kg/h with a 25 mm screen.
Conveyor fan: 15 kW.
Loading belt conveyor: 1 kW.

1.3 HYMA GMP-75 granulator (2021):
Motor power: 75 HP (approx. 55 kW).
Interchangeable screens: Ø 5, 10, 20 and 25 mm.
Output: approx. 500 kg/h.

1.4 HYMA GFH-330/7 silo (2021)
Capacity: 45 m³.
Height: 5300 mm.
Diameter: 3300 mm.

2. Equipment for sheeting and processing of foam blocks

2.1 HYMA SSB precision sheeting machine for single blocks (2021)
Maximum sheeting height: 105 cm.
Maximum foam density: 250 kg/m³.
HYMA SCH-700 carousel sheeting machine (2021)

2.2 Carousel structure for sheeting foam blocks.
Table diameter: 7000 mm.

2.3 HYMA RH drilling machine for cylindrical blocks (2021)

2.4 HYMA RSS-220 machine for trimming cylindrical blocks (2021)

3. PTV WJ2116-1Z-Dynamite CNC waterjet cutter (2022)
Cutting with a pure water jet, without the addition of abrasive material.
"Dry" work tank.
Interchangeable tables.
Working area: 2100 × 1600 mm.

4. Auxiliary and installation equipment
4.1 CERTUSS Universal 850 TC steam generator (2022)
Nominal steam output: approx. 850 kg/h.
Thermal power: approx. 558 kW.
Includes a water treatment station.
Status: unused.

4.2 Prepolymer tank (2022)

Nominal capacity: 20 m³.
Status: unused.
