Fully functional 6-head stickpack machine equipped with a glue-applied hook applicator, with a capacity of 14,500 units/hour.
The machine has seen little use and is in excellent condition. It is being sold due to the standardization of the machine park to another brand.

The machine includes, among other things:

* Automatic film tensioning and film alignment system;
* Videojet inkjet printer, Meler hot melt unit, dust extraction system;

* Hot melt adhesive application for the suspension hook (can also function without hook application);
* Integrated punching function for a 1.5 mm opening in the stickpack (can be disabled);

* Vibrating screen, infeed conveyor, hopper, and adjustable volumetric dosing system.
* Includes some various spare parts and a complete digital English-language manual with technical drawings.
* Dimensions of the finished product without hook application: 95 (length is adjustable) x 35 mm, with a usable internal volume of approximately 10-13 ml.

The machine has always been well-maintained. Annual maintenance has been consistently performed.
The machine can be demonstrated in working order.
Includes some spare parts and a digital manual.

Terms of sale:
The machine is sold EXW (Incoterms® 2020) at the seller's location. Disassembly, internal transport, loading, transport, unloading, and re-installation are entirely at the buyer's expense, risk, and responsibility. Technical support during disassembly and internal transport can be provided, but it is strictly advisory and does not imply any liability on the part of the seller.
