Inject Star MM-26 BI/52

Meat Master MM-26 / BI/52 Brining Machine

For sale is a professional, mobile brining injector from the premium brand Inject Star, model MM-26.

This machine from the Austrian quality manufacturer Pökelmaschinen Ges.m.b.H. Vienna (Inject Star) is a classic in butcher shops, for direct marketers, and in artisanal meat processing.
It is ideally suited for the precise and uniform injection of brine into meat pieces, with and without bones.

The MM-26 series is perfect for small to medium-sized butcher shops, catering suppliers, or direct marketers (e.g., farm shops) due to its more compact dimensions.

The brining machine is made entirely of robust stainless steel and is in excellent, very clean condition for its age (see detailed images).

The mechanical needle system with springs and the electromechanical control are extremely robust and, unlike modern touchscreen controls, are hardly susceptible to costly electronic damage.
