This is a 150-liter round pressure cooker (FES 150) from the premium manufacturer Küppersbusch (Phoeniks). It can be easily emptied via a safety drain valve. The pressure cooker features an electronic temperature controller and a KCI touch panel control (Inovative).

The unit has undergone a thorough inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The pressure cooker is completely unused and in excellent condition.
