For sale is a KILIA 65-liter high-speed cutter, which will undergo a comprehensive factory overhaul at HELTEK | KILIA.

Our factory overhaul is not simply a repair or cosmetic refurbishment. The machine is completely disassembled and rebuilt from the ground up, both technically and visually. The goal is to achieve a condition that consistently meets today's new machine standards for KILIA.

This cutter is ideally suited for butcher shops, meat processing plants, and industrial production facilities for the production of a wide variety of meat, sausage, and food products.

Scope of the Factory Overhaul

The machine is first completely disassembled down to the base frame. This allows areas that are not accessible during normal operation to be refurbished.

The factory overhaul includes, among other things, the following work:

complete disassembly of the machine
new base plate, professionally welded in
refurbishment and blasting of the machine frame
refurbishment or glass bead blasting of the stainless steel areas
high-quality new powder coating of the base frame
new main motor or completely overhauled Siemens main motor
new motor tensioning device made of stainless steel
new bowl drive or new gearbox
complete overhaul of the bowl shaft bearing
new bearings and relevant bearing components
overhaul or renewal of the bearing seats
new or refurbished knife shaft
new knife shaft bearing
new central lubrication system
new wear parts
new scrapers, guides, and sliding elements made of food-grade blue POM
overhaul of all relevant mechanical components
electrical system and controls completely new

The electrical equipment is also comprehensively renewed.

This includes, among other things:

new PLC control system
modern 10" HMI touch panel
new frequency converters
new contactors and relays
new lines and cables
new or refurbished sensors
new safety technology
complete rewiring of the relevant machine areas

As a result, the cutter receives a modern control architecture with good spare parts availability and high serviceability.

Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty on the factory-overhauled machine, in accordance with our terms and conditions. The knife shaft bearing is excluded from this warranty.

Inspection and machine acceptance at our factory can be arranged.
