Krones

Used KRONES spirits filling line, roud glass 36.000 BPH - year 2003Technical Specifications & Performance DataThis complete round glass bottling line delivers high-speed performance for industrial packaging and beverage production. Built around Krones engineering, the line is configured for glass bottles in 0.7L, 0.75L, and 1.0L formats. With an output of 500–600 BPM (up to 36,000 bottles per hour), it is a robust second hand solution for producers seeking reliable throughput and consistent product quality.Production speed: 500–600 BPM (up to 36,000 bph)Filling type: vacuum filingBottle formats: Compatible with 0.7L, 0.75L, 1.0L bottle formatsContainers: Designed for Glass bottle handlingCore components (models): Krones Variojet (72-head rinser), Krones Isofill (108-head isobaric filler), Krones Topmatic/Zalkin (18-head capper), Cold glue front & back labeling, Logics & Control Logilook label inspection (2015), Krones Kettner Wrapapac W60 (wraparound case packer), Krones/Kettner Robogrip robot, Krones Multidivider laner, Amberflex spiral case elevator, Linx 7900 bottle coder (2017), Orwak 9020 waste compactor (2006)Case formats: Wraparound boxes, 6 & 12 pack configurationsMain build year: 2003 (with upgrades in 2006, 2015, and 2017)Electrical supply: 415 V, 50 Hz (most main equipment); auxiliary devices at 240 V, 50 HzAdvanced Automation & Control SystemsThe line integrates automated material handling and inspection to ensure stable operation and quality assurance. The Krones Multidivider laner and Robogrip robotic handling enhance flow balance and downstream palletizing, while the Logilook system provides label presence and position verification. Changeovers between compatible glass formats are supported by standardized Krones change parts and adjustable guide-rails for efficient setup.Automated depalletizing, lane division, and robotic case handlingInline label inspection for consistent presentationOperator HMI terminals at key stations (typical Krones layout)Rapid format adjustments for 0.7L, 0.75L, and 1.0LStable 50 Hz operation; widely supported industrial componentsProduction Line Integration CapabilitiesThis used bottling line is designed for seamless in-line operation from bottle depalletizing to case packing. It accommodates round glass bottles and integrates labeling, coding, and inspection for end-to-end quality control. The wraparound case packer enables efficient secondary packaging for 6- and 12-pack configurations, ensuring compatibility with standard palletizing patterns.End-to-end flow: depalletizer → rinser → isobaric filler → capper → cold glue labeller → label check → coder → laner → case packer → spiral case elevator → palletizing robotSuitable for beverage production requiring glass bottle processingModular stations allow standalone testing or full inline operationMachine Condition & Maintenance HistoryManufactured in 2003 with subsequent upgrades in 2006 (waste handling), 2015 (label inspecti...
