Mattress production line for overhaul or dismantling.
Manufacturer: KSM, approximately 25-30 years old.
The system is aging and requires a thorough overhaul; otherwise, it is functional.
It has only been used infrequently by us.

However, it is also interesting as a source of spare parts for dismantling.
Control system with Lenze frequency inverters, Siemens PLC, conveyor belts, many motors, sensors, metal, aluminum profiles, needle grippers, etc.

Consisting of:

Gantry: Plate feeder with needle gripper (for automatically placing individual foam plates onto an alignment station with a conveyor belt).

Roller adhesive application system (here, the foam plates are passed through on the conveyor belt and adhesive is applied by rollers).

Padding carrier feeder with needle gripper (for automatically placing padding carriers (felt) onto the foam plates that have been wetted with adhesive).

Adhesive tunnel with adjustable nozzles (here, the pre-assembled plates are sprayed with adhesive on the conveyor belt to allow the frame to be glued).

After that, the material can be removed from the conveyor belt to assemble the mattresses.

Several hundred mattresses per shift are possible.

The system will only be sold as a whole.
