For stationary profiling of head edges on soft-forming and post-forming workpieces. Also for
edge trimming on thick PVC edges with right-angled workpieces and multi-sided gluing.
The processing of symmetrical and asymmetrical soft-forming and post-forming profiles is possible after manual
profile depth adjustment. The motor feed is performed manually by sensing the workpiece.
Basic equipment:
- Workpiece stop system
- Pneumatic clamping cylinder
- 1 milling motor, 0.8 kW, steplessly adjustable up to 27,000 rpm, standardly equipped with radius cutter R=2. Sensing is performed by a guide ring on the workpiece.
- Aggregate guidance on precision linear guides.
