LASKA ME 400 ZN1A

We offer the LASKA industrial Z-Arm mixer, type ME 400 ZN1A, designed for intensive mixing of meat stuffing, fillings, vegetable mash, convenience products and stuffing for cold cuts. Thanks to its Z-Arm mixing arms, the device ensures very thorough and even mixing of ingredients while maintaining the appropriate structure of the raw material, which translates into high quality of the finished product. The mixer has a capacity of 400 litres, making it ideal for small and medium-sized meat processing plants and modern food plants that need an efficient and reliable machine.

The automatically tilting drum facilitates emptying of the mixer and minimises the need for manual labour by the operator, improving ergonomics and safety at the workstation. The robust, stainless steel construction and compact dimensions of approx. 180 x 165 x 175 cm (approx. 240 cm high with the flap open) make it easy to position the machine in an existing production hall and to clean it in accordance with the hygiene requirements of the food industry.
