Machine description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of statically operating machines, meaning that the processing operations across the machine are carried out on the stationary cardboard. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (cardboard cutting machine):

Linear cross-cutting unit for head and foot cuts and cross cuts on the cardboard.

Linear cross-scoring unit for cross-scoring on the cardboard.
(Delivered as a cross-scorer, cross-scorer with perforation function)

Longitudinal scoring units from above for longitudinal scoring on the cardboard.
Longitudinal cutting units for performing longitudinal cuts.

2) Cardboard magazine, 7-position

7 cardboard magazines provide the storage and feeding of the raw cardboard to the processing machine.
Stack height of continuous corrugated cardboard up to a maximum of 2,200 mm is possible.

3) Control cabinet, control system, electronics:
