The machine listed here for processing endless corrugated cardboard belongs to the series of static machines, meaning cross-machine operations are performed while the cardboard remains stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width for cartons is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are adjusted automatically.

1) Main machine body (automatic carton cutting unit):

- Linear cross-cutting unit for head-foot cuts and cross-cuts on the cardboard.

- Linear cross-creasing unit for cross-creasing the carton.
(Available as a cross-creaser, or as a cross-creaser with perforation feature.)
- 8 longitudinal creasing units from above for longitudinal creases on the cardboard.
- 8 longitudinal cutting units for executing the longitudinal cuts.

2) Carton changer, 4-way cassette feed

The motor-driven carton changer, operated with a lifting axis, uses 4 separate cassettes to feed cardboard into the main machine body’s infeed. Each cassette can accommodate raw material web widths up to 2,800 mm and feeds them automatically to the main machine body upon request from the machine control system. The third cassette can accommodate two working widths.

3) 5-way carton magazine

Five carton magazines supply and feed the raw cardboard to the processing machine. Stack heights of endless corrugated cardboard up to 1,500 mm are possible.

4) Control Cabinet, Controls, Electronics:

Includes all components required to operate and control the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens technology.
