This technological line is a fully automated, synchronized sequence of machines designed for the comprehensive preparation, slicing (dicing), intensive washing, and precise weighing of root vegetables, with particular emphasis on potatoes. The system finds wide application in food processing plants, large commercial kitchens, and vegetable processing facilities of the "marktfrisch" type. The technological process begins with feeding the raw material onto an elevating belt and a precision rotary-knife slicer from Limas, which, thanks to its 6-knife arrangement, ensures perfectly even cutting. Subsequently, the product is transported via conveyors and a vertical screw conveyor to a mobile VEB drum washer, where effective removal of impurities takes place in the drum with 10 mm perforations. The final element of the line is an integrated weighing system, which feeds the raw material directly onto a Systec IT3-controlled scale, guaranteeing full portion control and repeatability of the production process.
