Compact roll forming equipment for producing metal rainwater downpipes

This portable roll forming machine is designed for the production of rectangular metal downspouts and rainwater downpipes from pre-painted or coated sheet steel.

The machine progressively forms a flat metal strip into a finished rectangular profile suitable for residential, commercial and industrial rainwater drainage systems.

The dimensions and geometry of the finished downpipe can be manufactured according to the customer’s technical requirements. The roll tooling is designed for a specific rectangular profile, taking into account the required width, height, corner shape, surface pattern, material thickness and connection type.

Custom profile dimensions

The finished profile is produced according to the customer’s drawing, sample or technical specification.

The machine is therefore supplied as a custom rectangular downspout roll former, configured for the required finished product.

Material

The standard configuration is designed for coated sheet steel with a thickness of approximately 0.4–0.5 mm.

Depending on the agreed configuration, the machine may process:

pre-painted steel;
galvanized steel;
polymer-coated sheet steel;
other thin sheet-metal materials after technical approval.

The exact material grade, tensile strength, thickness and coating must be specified before the roll tooling is designed.
