The guillotine shear was put into operation for the first time in 1998.
The DNC 10 G control unit was specially designed for guillotine shears. It has a numerical axis for controlling the backgauge and automatically calculates and regulates the cutting gap, the cutting angle and the cutting depth, taking into account the material to be cut. (Data from the manufacturer)
