The shredder is designed for shredding untreated wood, chipboard, and MDF with a maximum hardwood content of 10% per hopper filling. If the hardwood content is higher, we recommend our MGZ series wood shredders. Other materials after testing and approval by the manufacturer.
When shredding veneer or paper, a special scraper (at extra cost) is required to prevent the thin materials from getting under the hydraulic slide and causing it to jam.
Requirements for the raw material:

- The moisture content (oven-dry) must be below 14%
- Metals and mineral contaminants such as sand, stones, etc. lead to increased wear
- For an optimal shredding process, the material to be shredded must be pre-broken to a maximum of 140x80x30 cm before being fed into the wood shredder.
The shredder is placed higher to prepare for the conveyor belt.

The conveyor belt is not included!!!!!
