KVK 600

The KVK 600 is ideal if you are looking for a mobile solution to stretch-wrap your packaged goods. Or if you have packaged goods that are too large or too heavy for a pallet wrapper with a turntable. With its electric steering, the KVK 600 can be easily moved to any corner of your warehouse. Its rechargeable battery is designed for 8 hours of continuous operation.

The KVK 600 has a power stretch system with up to 300% stretch. This significantly reduces your film consumption, as 1 meter on the roll becomes 4 meters on the pallet. In addition, this system creates only minimal contact tension, so that even lightweight packaged goods can be wrapped easily.

Up to 10 individual programs can also be saved for the KVK 600, in which you can specify for each step (foot wrapping, ascending wrapping, head wrapping and descending wrapping) how quickly and with what film tension they should be carried out. This allows you to store individual programs for each wrapping scheme in order to achieve ever more perfect wrapping results. The programs can be password-protected so that the user can only select from the stored programs. Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot wrapping. In addition to a photocell for the detection of dark packing goods or black film, a higher mast and a set of exchangeable battery and external charger are also available for the KVK 600.

This model is our recommendation if you want to use your stretch wrapper on the move, or if you have pallets with excessive dimensions and value absolutely consistent results.
