Industrial line for mixing, preparation, and homogenization of juices, designed for the production and conditioning of juices, nectars, fruit beverages, and other liquid or semi-liquid products.

The installation consists of several stainless-steel process tanks, mixing systems, sanitary piping, pumps, instrumentation, and a homogenizer, allowing for various product preparation operations to be carried out within a single unit.

Homogenization reduces and more uniformly distributes the particles present in the product, helping to improve its stability, texture, and consistency, and reducing the tendency for phase separation, depending on the formulation.

PROCESS

The different ingredients or base products are introduced into the preparation tanks, where mixing, dissolution, ingredient incorporation, and conditioning operations can be carried out.

Subsequently, the product can circulate through the homogenizer, where it is subjected to a mechanical treatment designed to reduce and uniformize the size of the particles or dispersed phases.

Depending on the formulation and installed configuration, the system can be used for:
