This industrial sauce mixer (process and mixing vessel) is designed for large-scale thermal processing and dynamic mixing of liquid and semi-liquid food products. The machine is ideal for the production of sauces, marinades, vegetable fillings, ready meals, and soups. The rotating and tilting drum made of acid-resistant steel ensures even mixing of the ingredients without damaging the raw material's structure and allows for quick and hygienic unloading.
The process is controlled via a B&R Power Panel touchscreen, ensuring precise control of operating parameters and high reliability of the automation system.
The included mobile trolley on wheels is used for the safe installation, storage, and transport of the mixing frame with scrapers. This solution significantly facilitates the cleaning, disinfection, and retooling processes outside the working area.
