For sale is a professional, semi-automatic corner sealing machine with an integrated shrink tunnel from the Italian quality manufacturer Pactur.

It is ideal for quickly and professionally shrink-wrapping cartons, books, bottles, textiles or other packaged goods in shrink film.

The Ladypack 80/SI model is characterized by its enormous flexibility and very large sealing frame.

It combines the sealing and shrinking processes in a compact, mobile unit, which saves a great deal of space in the production hall.

Impulse sealing system: The corner sealer uses a Teflon-coated sealing bar. It produces clean, extremely tear-resistant seams without smoke development.

Efficient shrink tunnel: The integrated tunnel has a closed recirculating air system with adjustable air deflection plates.
This ensures a completely uniform heat distribution and a perfectly smooth shrink result – even with demanding product geometries.

Precise digital control: The clear control panel allows the sealing time, cooling time of the sealing bar and the tunnel temperature to be precisely adjusted to the film thickness used (PO, PE or PVC).

Heavy-duty conveyor belt: The tunnel is equipped with a durable, heat-resistant metal grid belt.
It reliably transports even heavy packaged goods (e.g. printed materials, canned goods or wooden parts).

Ergonomic infeed table: The separate, mobile preparation table enables quick loading of products into the half-tube film.
The film unwinding is smooth and easy thanks to ball bearings.
