PC800 Plastic Crusher

The PC800 industrial plastic crusher is designed for size reduction of HDPE, LDPE and PP film waste. It can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into plastic washing and recycling lines.
Crushing can be performed with water supplied directly into the crushing chamber, allowing the material to be crushed and pre-washed at the same time.

The bearing units are located outside the crushing chamber, protecting the bearings from direct contact with water and allowing the crusher to be used for wet crushing applications.
Hydraulic Hopper Opening System: The crusher is equipped with a hydraulic power unit and two hydraulic cylinders for lifting and lowering the feed hopper, providing convenient access to the crushing chamber for cleaning, maintenance and knife replacement.
Material Feeding Conveyor: The crusher is equipped with a belt conveyor for feeding material directly into the feed hopper, providing continuous and convenient material loading
Crushed Material Collection Hopper: The system is equipped with an 800-liter collection hopper for crushed material, mounted on a robust steel support frame
