The W2-C, an industrial, two-station tilting device for meat trucks, is an indispensable element in automating internal transport in medium and large food processing plants. The device is designed to facilitate the work of operators, eliminate heavy physical labor, and accelerate the technological process when supplying raw materials to upstream machines (such as vacuum mixers, blenders, meat grinders, dicers, metal detectors, feed hoppers for packaging machines, or sorting lines).

The uniqueness of the W2-C model lies in its dual configuration (2 x 200L), which allows for the simultaneous handling of two meat trucks. This solution doubles the efficiency of the loading station, enabling smooth and continuous dispensing of raw materials – while one truck is being emptied, the other can be prepared for lifting, or the machine can mix two different batches of raw materials directly at the discharge point.

The tilting process is carried out in a controlled and safe manner. The angle of rotation of the gripping pocket is designed to ensure complete, 100% emptying of the truck, even with thick, sticky, or heavily chilled fillings and meat mixtures. The entire system is controlled via an ergonomic and intuitive panel, ensuring maximum operator safety at the workstation.
