PRODUCT FEATURES
The Maggi Ms704 is a multi-spindle drilling machine designed for rapid production of custom furniture.
The MS 704 is a compact machine capable of managing the production process from start to finish, including drilling carcasses, hinge fronts, and any type of system drawers from any brand.
The drill allows comprehensive machining of all hole types, in all common technologies: for confirmats, dowels, connectors, mounting holes for runners, shelf pins, hinge cups, and mounting holes for guides and actuators.
The worktable width, without removing side stops, is 740mm, so you can drill components with greater-than-standard depths without limitations. The machine is equipped with a patented 1500mm fence frame, allowing processing of workpieces up to 3000mm long, independent of the 32mm system.
A new concept for furniture element drilling allows for fast material processing without needing to retool the machine. The fence frame is a fixed part of the device.
Unlike conventional drilling machines, the main operational axis is perpendicular to the drilling head, not parallel.

The MS 704 is also equipped with adjustable pressure beam height, making it possible to work with materials up to 200mm thick.
The clamps are powered by independent circuits and are equipped with valves for safe operation, allowing one clamp to be switched off when machining smaller components.
The MS 704 comes as standard with a drill bit magazine and a complete set of spacers for positioning elements along the axis parallel to the spindle head.
