The Townsend SK 15-320 skinning machine is a conveyor-type skinner designed for removing pork skins from applications such as bellies, jowls, back fat, slices, and other pork by-products. This versatile skinner can also be used for flat, heavy beef applications where the removal of large amounts of fat is also required.
