Fully mechanized line for splitting and cutting (Masterflex+Paul) consisting in:
- transverse conveyor for 2 packages
- automatic destacking and singularization installation with slat recovery with conveyor included
- transverse conveyor for circular feed piece by piece
- trolleys on the rail for circular feeding
- circular Masterflex provided with 4 movable blades, axis to axis, free passage width of 1,000 mm, cutting height 100 mm
- 2 motors of 50 KW, 4 releases electrically controlled by joystick, provided with a control panel
- timber evacuation conveyor provided with a waste separator (edges and hems)
- waste conveyor + automatic waste cutting pendulum
- parts recovery conveyor with return to the operator for repair
- transversal conveyor with singularization for feeding optimizer Paul
Fodpfx Adekt I Uyovepd
- optimizer Paul model, passage width of 1,000 mm, cutting height of 100 mm, equipped with marking station for defects, with laser (without chalk)
- sorting line by optimizer with 20 ejectors.

Installation is in a very good working condition.
