The MAZAK VTC-820/30 is a powerful CNC vertical machining center for the precise and efficient machining of large workpieces. With generous travels of 3,000 mm in the X-axis, 820 mm in the Y-axis, and 720 mm in the Z-axis, the machine is particularly suitable for long and complex components in mechanical engineering, mold making, and general metalworking.

The sturdy work table, with dimensions of approximately 3,500 × 820 mm, allows for the accommodation of large workpieces. The powerful main spindle, with speeds of up to 12,000 rpm and a drive power of approximately 22 kW, ensures high cutting performance and precision. The CAT 40 (ISO 40) spindle mount ensures broad tool compatibility.

The machine is equipped with a modern MAZATROL SmoothG control system, which offers intuitive operation, rapid programming, and high process reliability. The 48-tool changer enables flexible and efficient machining processes, even for complex manufacturing tasks.

For optimal production conditions, the machining center features coolant supply through the spindle, a chip conveyor, and a lubricant preparation system. With a machine weight of approximately 16,500 kg, the VTC-820/30 offers high stability and vibration damping, which has a positive effect on surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
