A scrap shear is used for economical scrap cutting:
- simple automatic operation
- Energy-saving
- Cost-saving
- No foundation required

Function:

Scrap is fed into the loading area with the aid of an excavator. Due to the horizontal filling area and the scrap's own weight, it falls down into the loading chamber and into the cutting area. The scrap is compacted at the front wall and cut by the horizontally moving tool pick-up side via the blades on the front wall. While the tool carrier carriage moves horizontally, the processed material is pushed out via the blades on the front wall of the container. When returning to the rear position, the loaded scrap moves into the interior of the shears under its own weight.

The scrap shears are available in different versions depending on customer requirements and the output size can be selected (for new orders).

Inspection and trial operation are possible.
