Description of the MEP sawing machine:
Functioning in CCS version: After the material has been advanced and the vices have been closed, the cutting process begins. The lowering is controlled by the saw's own weight, balanced by a spring and regulated by a hydraulic brake cylinder. Once the cut is complete, the saw arm is manually raised to the required position for feeding the material.
Electrical control panel (marked cable connections, operational readiness indicator light, main safety switch provided with padlock, switch or speed selector, emergency stop, thermal magnet protection, 24-volt low-voltage system)
Electronic blade tension converter with on-screen display.
Manual vice with quick-lock mechanism
Base frame with coolant tray and chip drawer, which can be replaced with a motorized chip conveyor (accessory).
Electric coolant pump for cooling and lubricating the saw blade.
Chip removal brush
Adjustable precision stops for making cuts of consistent length.
The machine is designed for pallet truck transport.
