Original 22,000 total kilometers, with complete documentation of the vehicle's history and TÜV (German vehicle inspection) reports.

German fire department vehicle, in service until the end of 2020, then transferred internally in 2021 to the parks and recreation department and occasionally used as a watering truck in the cemetery.

The vehicle is still largely an original fire truck; only the emergency lights, siren, and loudspeaker have been removed.

In 2021, the vehicle's registration was changed, and it was subsequently registered as a "closed box truck" for civilian use.

A "reversion to truck status" was carried out, including a reduction in the permissible total weight to 7490 kg, so that the 917 AF can now be driven directly with the old Class III driver's license.

During the corresponding weighing process, a tare weight of 6040 kg was recorded in 2021 (the weighing certificate is available).

The reduction in weight to 7.49 tons is correctly recorded in the vehicle documents, and the tare weight is classified as "5970-6115 kg" there.

The vehicle was originally a TLF 16/24-Tr (tank fire engine) and was last classified as a "TLF 3000" in accordance with the new standards.

A 2420-liter fire water tank is installed (original).

In the currently reduced weight state, the water tank must no longer be filled completely if the vehicle is driven on public roads.

The superstructure is from ZIEGLER, manufactured in 1994, and a fire pump FP 16/8 is located at the rear (265 operating hours according to the meter).

The tires, size 9R22.5, are in good condition, DOT 2013 with good tread. A complete spare wheel is included.

Six-cylinder in-line diesel engine with 5958 ccm and 165 hp.

5-speed manual transmission.

90 km/h maximum speed is recorded.

The vehicle is fully operational, the last TÜV inspection was carried out at 22,101 km with no defects and expired on 08/2026.

Until 14.10.2026, this 917 AF was regularly approved for road traffic.

No immediate defects are known for a new main inspection, but the vehicle has been used very little in recent years and, unfortunately, has not been maintained as well as it apparently was during its time with the fire department. Overall, the condition is still quite good. The truck has also been regularly moved around the depot over the years to this day. The LK 917 AF requires maintenance soon, preferably a thorough inspection. Accordingly, the 917 AF is offered here at a reduced purchase price so that the car remains attractive for export. A TÜV inspection by us is therefore not planned, as the price would be much higher with a TÜV inspection.

The right buyer will certainly understand our clear and openly communicated approach, all others should simply buy another car and save everyone involved from unnecessary discussions.
