The professional Mesutronic MN 5.0 CI metal detector is a technologically advanced inspection device designed to meet the stringent safety standards of the food, processing, and baking industries. The detector's primary function is to precisely identify metallic contaminants (both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as stainless steel) in products transported in bulk or in individual packaging. This effectively protects consumers and safeguards subsequent machines in the production line from costly breakdowns.

The core of the device is a highly sensitive tunnel head connected to an intuitive digital control panel, the Mesutronic PK 01. The system features excellent product effect compensation (the influence of product moisture, salt, or temperature on the reading), which minimizes the risk of false alarms. The machine is ideal for meat processing plants, fish processing plants, slaughterhouses, delicatessen plants, and automated packaging lines, where maintaining continuous quality control is crucial.

A stable conveyor belt with a width of 350 mm ensures smooth and uniform product feeding through the detection window with an aperture of 400 x 160 mm.
